Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Tendoy, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Tendoy business operations.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Tendoy, ID licensing for commercial roofing work.
Local Tendoy dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Here's what falls under our Tendoy Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Tendoy flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Tendoy commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
